Data retention policy
We collect and store only information which is vital in providing our services to you, including the parameters of every command sent in your workspace and the user ids, user group ids, and public channel ids of your workspace. We use historical data about people who use our Services to generate internal research reports and for you to view historical information about your own usage.
Data archiving and removal policy
All information is stored in our own secure servers, or in secure servers owned by third parties. Stored data may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have laws of general applicability regulating the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using any of the above, you voluntarily consent to the trans-border transfer and hosting of such information. All collected data will be stored for at least 3 months after you delete the app, or until you contact us to request that we delete it.
Data storage policy
We take reasonable steps to protect all collected data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your information is protected and encrypted both at rest and in transit though secure connections. However, no online service is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from us may not be secure. Please take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email.
Additionally, no website can fully eliminate security risks. Third parties may circumvent our security measures to unlawfully intercept or access data or private communications. If your personal data is exposed to an unknown 3rd party we will notify you within 72 hours of the incident being reported. We will post a reasonably prominent notice to our website if any such security breach occurs and notify you and any relevant regulators or authorities of any security incident that may have resulted in unlawful interception of personal information.
